What fixed the ejection in that gun was to install a "Gen4". I tried the extractor from my G23 which ejects fine and it made no difference. With my Gen3 G27 it started ejecting erratically at 200 rounds and got progressively worse until 300 where it pretty much stabilized in how erratic the ejections were. Some have replaced their extractors and ejection was good for the first few hundred rounds on that extractor then it began ejecting erratically again.

In most cases it doesn't start until you've put a few hundred rounds through it, I think in a lot of cases the new extractors are such a soft metal that they're wearing down to be out of spec. Some parts may need to be installed by a qualified gunsmith.
